Dugout Report: Bolsinger to start as Dodgers look to bounce back

DUGOUT REPORT

PHOENIX -- Mike Bolsinger takes the mound as the Dodgers look to bounce back from a brutal loss on Friday night as they take on the Diamondbacks in Arizona on Saturday.

Alex Wood was roughed up on Friday, allowing eight runs (six earned) in 1 2-3 innings. The Dodgers fell behind 10-0 after two innings, and would have been shut out if not for a Justin Ruggiano grand slam with two outs in the ninth inning.

They'll look to bounce back on Saturday as Bolsinger is scheduled to pitch against Arizona right-hander Rubby De La Rosa, a former Dodger farmhand. Bolsinger has a 2.97 ERA this season.

Rookie Corey Seager will get another start at shortstop and bat sixth after having another good game on Friday. Seager had a single and three walks in his four plate appearances on Friday, and is hitting .385 with four doubles. He has at least one hit in each of his seven starts so far this season.

Before the game, manager Don Mattingly said he still does not have a true timetable for the return of Jimmy Rollins, who is dealing with an injured hand, back to fulltime action.
